① These Terms are posted on the WITIM website (the "Website") and take effect for all Customers who have agreed to them.
② The Company may amend these Terms where necessary, to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws. When the Terms are amended, the Company will, as a rule, give notice on the Website from 7 days before the effective date; where an amendment is unfavorable to Customers, the Company will give notice from 30 days before the effective date and notify Customers individually by email or in-service notification.
③ A Customer who does not agree to the amended Terms may terminate the service agreement. If a Customer does not express refusal by the effective date, or continues to use the Service after the effective date, the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
④ Matters not set forth in these Terms are governed by applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions (약관의 규제에 관한 법률), the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률), the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. ② In addition to free services, the Company provides paid services (such as AI Agent subscriptions) that Customers may use at their option. Subscribing to a paid service is at the Customer's choice, and Customers who do not use paid services may continue to use the existing free services. The Company gives prior notice of the fees, payment methods, refund policies, etc. of paid services on the service screens or the Website, and, where it changes the conditions of a paid service, including fees, to the Customer's disadvantage, it gives notice 30 days before the date on which the change applies. ④ The start date of use of the Service is the time at which the Company grants an account to the Customer.
⑤ The Company may change the content of the Service, the methods of use, etc. where there are substantial policy, operational, or technical reasons, and will give prior notice of such changes.
Article 5-2 (AI Agent)

Summarizing conversations and documents
Search and question answering based on workspace data
Suggesting draft replies
Creating, classifying, and recommending schedules and tasks
Transcription (speech-to-text) and summarization of meeting recordings
Generating work reports
Other artificial intelligence-based assistance features determined and provided by the Company
② When the AI Agent is run, the relevant conversation, document, and work data and the request entered by the Customer or Member are transmitted to the Company's AI processors to the extent necessary for processing. The processors to which data is transmitted, the countries of transfer, the items transferred, and the method of processing are as set forth in the Company's Privacy Policy.
③ (Consent to Sub-entrustment) The transmission under Paragraph ② may constitute sub-entrustment under Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법). The Super Admin who creates and manages a workspace is deemed to have consented to such sub-entrustment by agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. When sub-entrusting, the Company implements the protective measures required under the same Act, and if an AI processor changes, the Company discloses this without delay through the Privacy Policy.
④ (Limitations of and Responsibility for AI Outputs) AI Outputs are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI Outputs, and Customers and Members must verify the original text or the facts themselves before making important decisions. Responsibility for the use of AI Outputs and the consequences thereof lies with the Customers and Members who use them.
⑤ Draft replies and other content suggested by the AI Agent are not sent or applied automatically; whether to send them and their final content are decided by the Customer or Member. Responsibility for content that is sent lies with the relevant Customer and Member.
⑥ The AI Agent is currently provided free of charge, and the Company may set usage limits per Customer and per workspace for the stable operation of the Service.

② (Automatic Renewal) Paid services are automatically renewed and charged at the end of each billing cycle. Before the next scheduled payment date, the Company notifies the Customer of the scheduled payment through the contact details registered and verified by the Customer (email, SMS, KakaoTalk AlimTalk, etc.).
③ (Cancellation of Subscription) Customers may cancel their subscription to a paid service at any time, and upon cancellation, renewal and payment stop from the next payment date. Customers may continue to use the service for the usage period already paid for until that period ends, and fees for that period are not refunded.
④ (Withdrawal of Offer and Refunds) In accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc., Customers may withdraw their offer (purchase) within 7 days from the payment date and receive a refund. However, if a Customer has begun to use the usage allowance (credits, etc.) included in a paid service, withdrawal of the offer may be restricted; the Company notifies the Customer of this at the time of payment and obtains the Customer's consent. In this case, use of the usage allowance is calculated only for the portion consumed at the Customer's direct request or by automatic execution (scheduling) set up by the Customer, and does not include any portion consumed automatically by the Company's systems.
⑤ (Refund Method) Where grounds for a refund are recognized, the Company refunds the payment to the payment method used by the Customer, and the refund may take 3 to 7 business days. The Company may provide the payment gateway provider with information necessary for processing payments and refunds, and matters concerning such processing are governed by the Privacy Policy.

② Customers and Members grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, store, and transmit Content free of charge to the extent necessary for providing the Service, including operating the Service, displaying it on screen, transmission, backup, recovery from failures, and search indexing. This license remains valid until the Customer or Member deletes the Content or the service agreement ends, and the Company does not use the license for any purpose other than providing the Service.
③ Legal liability arising from Content lies with the Member and Customer who created that Content.
④ The Company may delete, or restrict access to, Content that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of others, contains malicious code, hinders the operation of the Service, or the like. In such cases, the Company informs the Customer or the Super Admin of the reasons to the extent possible.
⑤ A person who claims that their rights have been infringed by Content, such as through invasion of privacy or defamation, may request the Company, by email or through the customer center, to delete the Content or to stop its posting. In this case, the Company may take a temporary measure of temporarily blocking access to the Content in accordance with Article 44-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc., and notifies the poster and the requester of the temporary measure. A temporary measure is maintained for up to 30 days.
Article 9 (Termination of the Agreement)
① A Customer may apply to terminate the service agreement (withdraw) at any time by sending a request to the Company's customer center email (cs@3w.ai.kr). The Company processes the request within 7 business days of receipt and notifies the Customer of the result. If an in-service withdrawal feature is introduced in the future, the Customer may also apply through that feature.

③ Where fraudulent use is suspected, the Company may temporarily suspend use of the Service after giving prior notice, and provides the Customer with an opportunity to explain. If fraudulent use is not confirmed as a result of the explanation, the Company immediately lifts the suspension.
④ The handling of data upon termination of the service agreement is governed by Article 19. Customers must back up their data themselves before termination, and the Company is not liable for the loss of data resulting from a failure to back up.
Article 10 (Customer Status and Graduated Sanctions)
① The status of a Customer is classified as active Customer, restricted Customer, or withdrawn Customer.
